Careers
The career path at C2Partners is articulated on the following professional levels:
- Business Analyst: he/she carries out analysis and research activities, working side by side with senior resources in the office or at the client’s premises, with increasing breadth of assigned tasks and personal visibility
- Consultant/ Senior Consultant: actively involved in the project, he/she continues to carry out research and analysis, increasingly participating to the development and direction of activities and to the production of summary documents, up to assuming responsibility for specific project streams
- Junior Manager/ Manager: on the basis of greater experience, assumes responsibility for the project in terms of quality of delivery, team management, compliance with budgets; is the first interface with the client
- Senior Manager: given his/her level of experience, he/she is entrusted with responsibility for particularly complex projects; he/she has formal responsibility for managing customer relations and business development
- Partner/ Senior Partner: he/she is specifically entrusted with the development of company and market know-how, the support of complex initiatives and the contribution to the management of the company
Particular attention is paid to the construction of the teams involved in the projects: ``staffing`` is based on the trade-off between professional growth and business needs.
Mentorship is key in C2Partners: each resource within C2Partners has a more senior colleague (Mentor), who follows their development, accompanying them on their professional path within C2Partners from their first day in the company.
