How we hire

We are constantly looking for talent.

For us, the recruiting process has a dual purpose: to assess the consistency of profiles with the characteristics and values of our company, and to allow candidates to verify the alignment between their expectations and the opportunities we offer.

The recruiting process is structured in four steps:

  • continuous screening of profiles
  • 1 cognitive interview to assess personal aspects and specific curricular and motivational elements and to present the main characteristics of C2Partners
  • 1 or 2 technical interviews to assess logical skills, problem solving and knowledge of the industry
  • 1 fit interview to verify motivation and coherence with C2Partners’ values
